Nagis Area Hosts Youth and Women Economic Transformation Drive in Turkwel Ward

A youth and women economic empowerment drive held in Nagis area, Turkwel Ward, Loima Constituency, brought together local leaders, grassroots representatives and residents to promote household economic growth and social inclusion in line with the Bottom Up Transformation Agenda (BETA). The event emphasized the importance of voter registration, mobile ID registration and Social Health Authority (SHA) enrollment to improve access to government services. Residents were also encouraged to support education for the Turkana girl child and embrace community unity and development initiatives aimed at improving livelihoods across the region.
